Fresh Green, but sometimes used dried red. This is the most popular hot green chili in India. They are long (about 5-1/2 inches (14 cm)), very narrow, a little wrinkled, and quite hot (Scoville 15,000 to 30,000) - the name means "volcano" in Hindi. It is grown mainly in Gujarat (situated on the northwest coast of India).
