I made payment and the amount got debited.But I dint get any confirmation. What can i do?

Do not worry. If we receive your order and the payment, you will surely receive a confirmation email within 6 hours of purchase.You can contact us after 6 hours so that we can verify from our end if we have received your order.

How do we ship orders?

We use ST courier as our delivery partner for all Tamilnadu orders and Speed post for rest of the India.

Tracking details in the website shows that it is still in processing stage.What can we do?

Dont worry again.Since we use our own shipping partner,tracking is not available at our website.It will show up only if we use the website's own shipping partner.Again, you can watsapp us for latest updates.
